So I’m a nail art enthusiast, I love my nails.
I started off young and inexperienced using all sorts of cheap neon absolutely terrible nail varnishes, but as my hand grew steadier and my nails grew stronger and longer, I could do more with them. Now that doesn’t mean you can't do anything with short nails, I do my friends short nails all the time, but teaching myself was more easily done on longer nails.I remember beginning to choose brands that had easier brush strokes, more smooth a finish and quick to dry (as in my young years patience was still in short supply,) such as Rimmel. I would beg for more variety and colours for any gift, present, birthday or Christmas. I began using cocktail sticks and paint brushes to make small details and began designing arts that I wanted. Now, however, I have sets and sets of nail pens, brushes one hair thick, sponges and brands.
My collection is of just over 110 colours and toppers (my word for anything that isn’t a colour base). I have crackle varnish, texture beads, pens, glitter, metallics, neon's, pastels you name it!
I’ve always been told by various people who see my nails, “ooh start a small business, I’ll pay you to do mine” “you should charge for that” “have you got a portfolio?” and the fact of the matter is, if I know you, I don’t want to charge you and if I don’t know you I probably wont do your nails! I just simply want to share what I can do with people and see what others do back.
